      It usually takes 5 to 10 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q2:What is your terms of delivery?     
      Price Term on EXW,FOB,CIF,etc are all acceptable for us. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q3:Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
      Low MOQ, 2PCS for sample checking is available.

Q4:What is your terms of payment? 
      Usually,we accept T/T,For regular orders,Terms of payment 30% deposit,full payment before delivering the goods. More details contact.

Q5:What is your terms of packing?  
       Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons.

       If is fragile we will make wooden frame according to your requirements.

Q6:How to solve the quality problems after sales?   
      Please be assured that we will handle the problem occurred to our products you bought from us. 
      First of all, please take photos and Video of the problem product and send it to us.
      Then, We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we identify and confirm what problem occurred to the problem product exactly.

Q7:Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
      Of Course! We provide OEM Service according to customers’ needs. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. MOQ: 500PCS
